Refined Pad Input Handling of 2D-FIR Block

When using Constant padding, the block now ensures that the pad v alue is

real when the input image is real.

Compatibility Considerations

You will get an error message if pad value is complex when the input is real.

To build a model that pads a real input with a complex value , you can u se the

Bias block to add a com plex zero value.
